PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TRILUMA-J Cream contains hydroquinone 4%, tretinoin 0.05% and fluocinolone acetonide 0.01%. This prescription combination is used under medical supervision for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe facial melasma—the brown patches that commonly appear on the cheeks, forehead and other facial areas.

Treatment must be combined with daily sunscreen and sun protection. Results vary between individuals, and melasma may return after treatment is stopped. This cream is not intended for everyday fairness use or long-term maintenance.

COMPOSITION
• Hydroquinone IP 4% w/w
• Tretinoin USP 0.05% w/w
• Fluocinolone Acetonide IP 0.01% w/w

USES
Short-term treatment of moderate to severe facial melasma, as prescribed by a doctor.

HOW TO APPLY
• Use only as directed by your doctor.
• Wash your face with a mild cleanser, rinse and pat dry.
• Apply a thin layer to the prescribed areas once daily at night, at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
• Avoid the eyes, lips, corners of the nose and mouth, and broken or irritated skin.
• Wash your hands after application.
• Do not cover the treated area with a bandage or dressing.
• Apply SPF 30 or higher sunscreen during the day and limit sun exposure.

TREATMENT DURATION
Your doctor will determine the treatment duration and when to stop. Do not continue, repeat or increase application without medical advice.

SAFETY ADVICE
• For external use only.
• Redness, dryness, peeling, burning and itching may occur.
• Stop use and seek medical advice for severe irritation, swelling, blistering or unusual blue-black skin darkening.
• Contains a corticosteroid. Prolonged or inappropriate use may cause skin thinning.
• Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy, when planning pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
• Tell your doctor about other medicines and skincare products you use.
• Avoid adding retinoids, exfoliating acids, scrubs or other irritating products unless approved by your doctor.
• Keep out of reach of children.

STORAGE
Store according to the temperature and storage instructions printed on the product pack. Do not use after the expiry date.
