Domestic Shipping & Charges
We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA on all prepaid orders.
Orders are currently shipped within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on your delivery location, courier availability, and public holidays.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within:

Tax & Duties
All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST as per Indian regulations.
No additional taxes or hidden charges will be applied at the time of delivery unless specifically mentioned.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Whatsapp, SMS or email.
You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment status in real-time.
Receiving Order Guidelines
We recommend customers record an unboxing video while opening the package.
This helps us resolve issues related to:

Claims regarding damaged or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos and the order number.
If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact our support team immediately.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address leads to failed delivery:

Cancellation Policy
